Using the App

      In addition, the items that can be used vary depending on the event.

  • Logging in

    • ▼For stream events that require an application
      Please log in to the app with the Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID) you received from the viewing ticket application page.
    • ▼For our free fan club/fan site members only streams
      Log in to the app with the Plus member ID registered with each fan club / fan site.
    • ▼Customers who do not have a login ID or who would like to try the app before applying for a ticket
      When you download the app, you will receive a ticket that allows you to confirm that streaming works for you.
      If you do not have the Plus member ID required for login, obtain a Plus member ID (free) from the following link, then log in to the app with that ID.

  • Tickets

    • ▼For stream events that require an application
      If purchasing with StreamPass, please see this page.
      * For tickets purchased on sites other than StreamPass, please view the guide on the site from which you purchased the ticket.
    • ▼For our free fan club/fan site members only streams
      If a stream is in progress, it will be displayed when you log in to the app using the Plus member ID you registered with the fan club/fansite.
      * A separate application may be required. Please check each fan club / fansite for details.

    • ▼Select a viewing ticket
      * Log in with a Plus member ID
      * Tap the icon at the top right of the screen to move to the Artist List page
      * Select the relevant artist
      * When the performance you purchased begins, tap the Enter button that appears to advance to the Admission page.
      * "Event Venue Not Yet Open" is displayed until the performance begins.
      * If you have not purchased a ticket, "Buy Ticket" is displayed.
    • ▼Admission screen
      For streams that display avatars, when you enter the Stream Admission screen after a performance has begun, a room will be created displaying the avatars of up to 13 users Rooms are randomly assigned, and cannot be specified.

      Moving to another room
      You can move to another room while the stream is live. However, the room you are moved to is random and cannot be specified.
      To move rooms, while the stream is live, tap the Menu button (three lines icon) at the top right of the screen, then select "Random."
      * The Menu button is not displayed in vertical and full screen display modes.
    • ▼Avatars
      Depending on the event, avatars may be displayed or not displayed.
      Please check the application page. Also, the avatars that can be used vary depending on the event.
      Rather than purchasing avatars in advance, please change your avatar on the Admission screen (the screen where you select your admission method to enter the stream after the event has begun) for the relevant event.
      Some avatars require payment (in-app purchase).
      0 Coin avatars can be used free of charge.
      Coins are required to purchase items. Coins can be purchased with an in-app purchase.
      Coins must also be exchanged for free items, but your number of coins will not decrease.
      Avatars are not displayed in vertical and full-screen display modes. Please enjoy the stream in horizontal display mode.

      (Other help) Gifts / Actions & Fan Items

    • ▼Gifts / Actions & Fan Items
      Gifts: You can send cheers to the streamer using an animated item.
      Actions & Fan Items: You can send cheers to the streamer by making your avatar move.

      In addition, the items that can be used vary depending on the event.
      Rather than purchasing items in advance, please purchase items on the Admission screen (the screen where you select your admission method to enter the stream after the event has begun) for the relevant event

      Gifts and Actions & Fan Items can be purchased on the viewing screen during the stream.
      Some items require payment (in-app purchase). 0 Coin items can be used free of charge.
      Coins are required to purchase items. Coins can be purchased with an in-app purchase.
      Coins must also be exchanged for free items, but your number of coins will not decrease.

      Avatars are not displayed in vertical and full-screen display modes. Please enjoy the stream in horizontal display mode.

      To use Gifts, tap the Present button shown on the right-hand side of the stream screen.
      To use Actions & Fan Items, click the Person button displayed on the right-hand side of the stream page.

    • ▼Full-screen and vertical display modes
      Full-screen mode
      You can switch to full-screen mode by tapping the Change View button at the top-left of the stream viewing page.
      The Change View button is not displayed in vertical mode. Please use horizontal mode to use full-screen mode.

      Vertical display mode
      Hold your phone vertically to switch to vertical display mode. If the display does not rotate, please check the automatic rotation settings of your device.
      To return to horizontal mode, press the Rotate button in the top-right of the screen.
      * Gifts / Actions & Fan Items cannot be used in vertical display mode.
    • ▼Comments
      Posting comments
      Tap the Pencil button under "Comments." After entering a comment, tap the Send button to post the comment.

      Show/hide comments
      You can switch between showing and hiding comments by tapping the speech bubble on the right-hand side of the stream viewing page.
      * Showing/hiding comments is not available in vertical display mode.

      * Comments may not be available depending on the event. Please check the sales page for details
    • ▼Multi-view streams
      When viewing a stream on multiple screens for an event where multi-view is supported, tap each stream screen to display that stream in full screen. To cancel the full-screen display, tap the stream screen again.
      If the app doesn't respond, try tapping in a different location.

      * Multi-view can only be used with supported events. Please note that you will not be able to use the service if there is no multi-view guide on the sales page.

  • Archive (on-demand) streams

    • ▼Archive (on-demand) streams
      The availability of an archived stream and the duration of its availability depends on the event.
      The archive is only available as a web stream, and cannot be viewed in the app.
